Account  deletion

How to delete account using   "Limefox"    app:

1. In the bottom navigation bar press Profile.
   
   
   
    

2. In the profile page press Delete account.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

3. Pop-up windows will appear with account deleting approved. Press OK to approve account deleting.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

4. After this your account/data will be deleted from the database.

 

How to request  account deletion without app:

The request for account deletion comes through the mail (tech@limefox.app). Where you need to specify that you want your account to be deleted.
!!! Import requests should be sent from a registered account.
For example if you request to delete an account with an email address “example@gmail.com”. Then this request should be sent from example@gmail.com.

 

It is obligatory to provide:

• Account email address

• Account phone
